DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do, and they can be exchanged for an array of products.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Cash, Cheque or Revolut payments upon delivery of your items.

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

Yes we do on all our products over €25.00. On orders below €25.00 there is a minimal charge of €3.00 for delivery. Delivery of Large Items are delivered to ground floor. If a lifter is required that can be arranged at an extra charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer guarantees on all of our products. Each product carries its own individual guarantee. In the case of a faulty item, you would need to return the item to our premises for it to be inspected by a member of our team and then repaired or changed according to the fault occurred.

DO YOU ASSEMBLE LARGE ITEMS?

Most large items require assembly as stated on the product page. Assembly can be done at an extra charge by a member of our team.

The JERS site (the "Website") is provided by JERS SUPPLIERS.

The Website is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in Malta.

 

When you join our mailing list by completing the form on the Website, your contact details to comprise our media database. We do not collect credit/debit card information.
